For those of you who have been following my blog for a while, you know I like to do my review by first reading the product to find out if it really works or not. If it does help, then it helps. There is one other major factor in evaluating an agility product that I often don't bother to check. I do it, but it's very rarely the product that's the problem. I read several products and I am really amazed to find they are all very similar to each other. You don't have to buy the exact same product; you can even mix and match products and get different results. My point is that you need to use your head and not buy the same product. You should also use an agility exercise for a variety of different body parts, which you would do for exercise for your legs, arms, or other body parts. What I have listed here is just one of the ways you can improve your strength. You can also use a variety of different agility exercises. The key is to get started. I have also included a list of some of the more popular agility exercises.
